We believe that standards of excellence serve to advance, elevate, and inspire great work. In our effort to establish objective, fair, and inclusive measures, we organize diverse communities of subject matter experts who independently judge submission quality against relevant category criteria. We then combine and compare evaluations from multiple reviewers to establish a consistent score that accounts for individual preferences.
